OUR S.T.E.P. MODEL

1. SCAN

We go for quality, not quantity. We start
with discussing the job profile and gather
specific company information to make an
initial analysis of the job market and the
current number of potential candidates

2. TRACE

In the second step of our S.T.E.P.
process the long list becomes a short
list. We check the candidates on various criteria and validate them.

3. ENGAGE

During the third phase we ‘engage’ the most interesting candidates of our short list by presenting the vacancy in an attractive way using images, videos and relevant interviews.

4. PRESENT

We rank the candidates on Must-Have and Nice-to-Have criteria. ​​​​​​​
