Operations Manager Warehousing
Global Warehouse and Logistics is a growing company looking for an Operations Manager Warehousing in Derendingen (Switzerland). The location has started operation in October 2015. The main tasks are operational management, implemention and stabilization processes and operations after the initial start up, development of logistic activities. He/she will also perform the management of all the people working at the location, supported by HR. The manager will meet with local costumers and maintain contact with the mothercompany in Westerstede, Germany and (potential) suppliers from all over the world.

What we would like you to have
- 10+ years of professional experience incl. 5+ years of managing experience;
- Experience in warehousing: in- and outbound, storage, pick and pack, shipping;
- Living or willingness to live in Switzerland;
- Fluency in German, English and French.
- You are a people person with great interpersonal skills, you’re able to coach and motivate.
